November 8-9, 2019 • Mallet Event Center • Levelland, Texas



LOCATION:  Mallet Event Center and Arena, 2320 South US HWY 385, Levelland, Texas


Event Dates AND TIMES:  Friday, November 8, 2019, 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
                                        Saturday, November 9,2019, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.


BOOTH FEES:  All booths will have pipe and drape, electricity, one 6’ table, and one chair.?

10’ x 10’ - $125

10’ x 20’ - $225
10’ X 30’ - $300


Internet access:  $25 per vendor upon request


Additional 6’ tables:  $10 each    Vendors may bring own tables and chairs.


Additional chairs:  $5 each


Payment options:  Cash, Check, Money Order


Booth deadline:  Application and booth fee much be received by October 25, 2019.


Booth reservations:  Booths may be reserved by submitting and application and fee payment.

Sip N Shop:    Friday, November 8th, 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. 

During this time local wine producers will be having wine tastings, selling bottles of wine, and will make wine by the glass available for shoppers (and vendors) to enjoy as they browse the booths and begin their Christmas shopping.


Vendor guidelines:  The Festival welcomes vendors with quality merchandise.  Artisan crafts, jewelry, decorative arts, home accents, clothing, cosmetics, seasonal decorations, kitchen ware, vintage treasures and holiday finds will be considered.   The following merchandise is not permitted: garage sale items; merchandise that is inappropriate, offensive or in bad taste; merchandise that may cause harm (toy guns, hunting knives, etc.).  All food items must meet federal, state, and local health and safety codes.  The Festival Planning Committee reserves the right to reject a vendor application for any reason.  In the event an application is rejected all fees will be returned in full.  Texas State Sales Tax applies to all sales.  Collection and submission of all State and Local sales taxes is the responsibility of the vendor.
